Growing up on the east coast of Norfolk, I saw first-hand the value of learning from people with real-world experience. As a young person navigating career choices myself, I came to appreciate how powerful it can be to hear directly from professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Those conversations and insights helped shape my own interests in electrical engineering, business, and personal development. They also showed me something important: students gain far more than information when they meet experienced professionals—they gain perspective, confidence, and inspiration.
That belief is what led me to create this platform. Our goal is simple: to connect schools with engaging speakers who can share their experiences, broaden horizons, and help young people make informed decisions about their futures.
